Payment terms may vary depending on the service type or written agreement.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or cash.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

For commercial or industrial services, at least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Short-notice cancellations for commercial or industrial bookings may incur a call-out fee.
In cases of bad weather or safety concerns, Pest OFF Company may reschedule the service.

4. Service Warranty

Most general pest treatments include a 3-month warranty, covering re-treatment of the same pest type if activity reappears under normal conditions.
Warranty is void if instructions or post-treatment guidelines are not followed, or if property conditions change significantly (renovations, new infestations, etc.).

5. Safety & Preparation

Customers must follow any preparation or safety instructions provided before and after treatment.
All products used are approved for use in New Zealand and applied in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.

6. Access & Property

Clients must ensure safe access to all areas requiring treatment.
Pest OFF Company will take reasonable care but is not responsible for pre-existing damage or structural issues affecting application.

7. Commercial & Night Services

Night and weekend shifts are available for businesses that cannot interrupt production.
Treatments can be completed in sections or over multiple visits to minimise disruption.
Access and safety requirements must be agreed with the site manager in advance.

8. Liability

Pest OFF Company’s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
We are not liable for indirect loss, property damage caused by pre-existing conditions, or events outside our control.
